<br />City of Centerville <br />Joint Meeting Planning & Zoning Commission/Council Work Session <br />August 7, 2007 <br /> <br />Mr. Slotterback explained the next steps are to finalize the goals and policy changes and <br />begin work on Land Use Alternatives. He stated that he would submit a new draft to City <br />Administrator Larson for distribution. <br /> <br />City Administrator Larson suggested that another meeting be held on October 2, 2007. <br />All recommended changes are to be forwarded to City Administrator Larson. <br /> <br />Mr. Slotterback commented that the next community open house is tentatively scheduled <br />for October 2007. He indicated that the Land Use Alternatives should be ready by that <br />date. He stated that feedback from the public would be solicited at this time. <br /> <br />The members agreed that the open house might slip to November 2007. <br /> <br />IX. ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Love, seconded by Commissioner Fehrenbacher, to <br />adjourn the August 7, 2007 Joint Planning & Zoning Commission/Council Work <br />Session at 8:52 p.m. All in favor.
