<br />City of Centerville <br />Planning & Zoning Commission <br />August 7, 2007 <br />Mr. Gabrielson replied about 12 to 15 jobs would be added. <br /> <br /> <br />Vice Chair Klennert-Huntquestioned if they did the printing also. <br /> <br />Mr. Gabrielson replied that they would do all production operations once they move. <br /> <br />Commissioner Fehrenbacher questioned who are the typical customers. <br /> <br />Mr. Gabrielson commented that their customers are the end users of their products. <br /> <br />Commissioner Love questioned what would be the difference between this business and a <br />retail sales business. <br /> <br />Discussion ensued. <br /> <br />Consensus was that this business is an approved use for the B-1 Zoning District. <br /> <br />Mr. Gabrielson commented that they would like to start construction as soon as possible. <br /> <br />Councilmember Broussard suggested that a site plan review be scheduled for September <br />4, 2007 with recommendations to the City Council for approval on September 12, 2007. <br /> <br />VI. DISCUSSION ITEMS <br /> <br />City Administrator Larson mentioned a letter was sent to Bobby and Steve’s on July 27, <br />2007 to inform them to cease operating their business immediately. <br /> <br />VII. CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES <br /> <br /> <br />1.July 3, 2007 Planning and Zoning Meeting Minutes <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Love, seconded by Vice-Chair Klennert-Hunt, to approve <br />the minutes of July 3, 2007 as presented.All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> <br />VIII.
