<br />City of Centervi11e <br />Council Meeting Minutes <br />December 12, 2007 <br /> <br />City Attorney Glaser questioned whether it was a PUD and subsequent researched <br />showed it was not a PUD and all variances have been previously granted. <br /> <br />Councilmember Broussard questioned where this is documented. <br /> <br />City Attorney Glaser stated that this was done with the preliminary approval of the final <br />plat. <br /> <br />Mr. Marshall, 1580 Sorel Street, commented that nine variances were approved 14 years <br />ago. <br /> <br />City Attorney Glaser commented that once a variance is approved, it is the responsibility <br />of the homeowners to record these with the County. <br /> <br />City Attorney Glaser stated that all the required variances were approved by the Planning <br />Commission. <br /> <br />Motion bv Council Member Broussard. s~onded bv Council Member Lakso. to <br />8Dorove the Final Plat - Hans,nlMarsh - Sor~I'1 t;nd as recomm~ded bv tbe City <br />Attornev.
