City of Centervi11e Council Meeting Minutes December 12, 2007 City Attorney Glaser questioned whether it was a PUD and subsequent researched showed it was not a PUD and all variances have been previously granted. Councilmember Broussard questioned where this is documented. City Attorney Glaser stated that this was done with the preliminary approval of the final plat. Mr. Marshall, 1580 Sorel Street, commented that nine variances were approved 14 years ago. City Attorney Glaser commented that once a variance is approved, it is the responsibility of the homeowners to record these with the County. City Attorney Glaser stated that all the required variances were approved by the Planning Commission. Resolution #01-053 - Securing Letter of Credit or RGWO - Backl\ge Road Project City Engineer Statz stated that as part of the requirements from the RCWD requires assurance that the City follows through with the wetlands requirements. He stated that this is a security they require and Finance Director Meyer found a no-charge letter of credit. He stated a portion of the funds would be returned to the City once a resolution is passed.
