Resolution #07-055 - Adiustments to the Pay Schedule for Non-Bargaining Unit Staff Finance Director Meyer stated that this includes the three percent cost of living adjustment. Motion by Council Member Paar seconded by Council Member Lakso. to aoorove Resolution #07-055. a Resolution Providint! for Adiustments to the Pay Schedule for Non-Ban!ainin2 Unit Staff. All in favor. Motion carried unanimouslv. 4. Resolution #07-056 - Employee Benefits Finance Director Meyer reported the biggest change to employee benefits is in how insurance is provided to the employees. Mr. AI Roth, AT Group, presented information on how employee insurance benefits are provided. Mayor Capra questioned if there was a set dollar amount that employees could use for benefits. Finance Director Meyer replied that was correct. He explained the change gives employees the option to participate in a Health Savings Account. Discussion ensued. Page 5 of9 ;
