<br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> FEBRUARY 23, 2005 <br />6:30 p.m. <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City of Centerville held their regularly scheduled <br />meeting on February 23, 2005, at City Hall, 1880 Main Street. <br />PRESENT: <br />Mayor Mary Capra <br /> Council Member Lee <br /> Council Member Lakso <br /> Council Member Paar <br />ABSENT: <br />Council Member Broussard Vickers <br />STAFF: <br />Ms. Bender <br /> City Attorney Mr. Hoeft <br /> City Engineer Mr. Peterson <br />I. CALL TO ORDER <br />Mayor Capra called the February 23, 2005, City Council meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. <br />II. SET AGENDA <br />The following items were added to the Agenda: <br />Consent Agenda: Correct January 13, 2005 to February 10, 2005 for claims. Awards: <br />Remove Sharpentier, add Paul Montain. Old Business: Add City Administrator Search <br />$4,917.65 and Staff/Leadership Training $5,500, add Anoka County CSAH 14 MOU and <br />Northern Forest Products. Announcements: Add final candidate interviews work <br />session March 3, 2005, Personnel policy work session February 28, 2005 and 1759 <br />Peltier Lake Drive. <br />Motion by Council Member Paar, seconded by Council Member Lee to approve the <br />agenda as amended. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br />III. APPROVAL OF COUNCIL MINUTES <br />1.January 26, 2005 City Council Work Session Meeting Minutes <br />Motion by Council Member Paar, seconded by Council Member Lakso to approve <br />the January 26, 2005 City Council Work Session Meeting Minutes as presented. All <br />in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />
