February 2, 2005 City Council Work Session/All Committee/Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />Motion by Council Member Lakso, seconded by Council Member Lee to approve <br />the February 2, 2005 City Council Work Session/All Committee/Commission <br />Meeting Minutes as presented. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 3. February 9, 2005 City Council Meeting Minutes <br />Motion by Council Member Lakso, seconded by Council Member Paar to approve <br />the February 9, 2005 City Council Meeting Minutes as presented. All in favor. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />IV. CONSENT AGENDA <br />1.City of Centerville February 9, 2005 through February 23, 2005 Claims <br />2.Centennial Lakes Police Department Claims through February 10, 2005 <br />3.Anoka County Truth-in-Taxation, Special Assessment, and TIF total amount due <br />$1,721.02. <br />Motion by Council Member Lee, seconded by Council Member Lakso, to approve <br />the Consent Agenda as presented. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br />V. AWARDS/PRESENTATIONS/APPEARANCES <br />1. Mr. Tom Wilharber, Trustee – Church of St. Genevieve (Request for <br />Comprehensive Plan Amendment Fee Waiver) <br />Mr. Tom Wilharber of 6849 Centerville Road appeared before Council and asked for <br />consideration of a fee waiver since the Church feels that there has been a mistake in the <br />Comprehensive Plan designation for the church property. <br />Mayor Capra indicated that she has been working on researching this matter with Staff <br />and would like additional time to do so. <br />2. Mr. John Thill – Fete des Lacs Parade <br />Mr. Thill appeared before Council on behalf of the parade committee and asked for the <br />City’s contribution to this year’s festival. <br />Council discussed the matter and agreed that the money has been budgeted for the <br />festival and informed Mr. Thill that invoices should be submitted to the City for payment. <br />Page 2 of 6 <br /> <br />
