City of Centerville <br />Council Meeting Minutes <br />February 23, 2005 <br />Ms. Bender indicated that Mr. Meyer is willing to do the review for her so that she can be <br />granted her step increase. <br />Council agreed. <br />3. Staff Participation in CPR Training March 30 or 31, 2005 <br />Ms. Bender indicated that all but one Staff member are interested in participating in the <br />CPR training and that Staff member has agreed to man the phones and window at City <br />Hall on the day of training. <br />Council agreed to one person at City Hall during the training. <br />4. Ordinance #79 – Construction Site Runoff Control Ordinance for Review <br /> Ms. Bender indicated that this Ordinance is on for public hearing on March 9, 2005. <br />VIII. OLD BUSINESS <br />1. Lynn & Associates – Staff/Leadership Training/City Administrator Search <br />a.City Administrator Search - $4,917.65 <br />b. Staff/Leadership Training - $5,500.00 <br />Council discussed the Staff/Leadership training with Staff and agreed to hold off on any <br />further training until sometime in April. <br /> 2. Electronic Packets <br />Council briefly discussed electronic packets. Staff offered to obtain quotes for laptop <br />computers for Council and put this item back on the agenda for full Council <br />consideration. <br />3. PC Solutions – Maintenance Agreement <br />Ms. Bender reported that the City spent all but $462.00 of the prepayment from last year <br />and that the $462 has been carried forward for use this year. <br />Motion by Council Member Lee, seconded by Council Member Paar to approve the <br />Maintenance Agreement with PC Solutions.
