City of Centerville <br />February 9, 2005 <br />Council Meeting Minutes <br />Council Member Broussard Vickers asked that any known changes be added to the <br />Comprehensive Plan amendment but that time not be spent looking for more to add <br />because she does not want to hold up construction for the Church. <br />Mayor Capra asked Staff to clarify who would be paying for the amendment. <br />Ms. Bender indicated the developer usually pays for the amendment and, in this case, that <br />would be the Church. <br />Motion by Council Member Broussard Vickers, seconded by Council Member <br />Lakso to close the public hearing. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Mayor Capra closed the public hearing at 6:50 p.m. <br />Motion by Council Member Broussard Vickers, seconded by Council Member <br />Lakso to approve the rezone for St. Genevieve’s from R-2 to P-1 as requested. All in <br />favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Council asked Mr. Wilharber to inform Staff as to whether the Church would be filing the <br />amendment or if the City would be doing so on behalf of the Church. <br />VII. NEW BUSINESS <br />1. Sanitary Sewer System – Reducing Infiltration and Inflow <br />Mayor Capra indicated that she believes that extra inflow is actually coming from Lino <br />Lakes but that would need to be measured. <br />Mr. Peterson indicated that he would begin working on this matter. <br />2. Resolution #05-002 – Amendment (Curb Stop Escrow – Final <br />Grade/Landscaping) <br />No discussion. <br />3. Replacement of Public Works Vehicles <br />Motion by Council Member Broussard Vickers, seconded by Council Member <br />Lakso to authorize replacement of the public works vehicles at the discretion of <br />Staff within the budget limitations.
