City of Centerville <br />January 26, 2005 <br />Council Meeting Minutes <br />Motion by Council Member Lee, seconded by Council Member Lakso, to approve <br />the Consent Agenda as presented. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Council asked Staff to work out who would attend the conference. <br />V. AWARDS/PRESENTATIONS/APPEARANCES <br />1. Ms. Theresa Sharpentier & Ms. Toni Fedorchak – Proposing Request for <br />Variance to be Allowed an On-Sale Liquor License/Set Up – 7087 Centerville <br />Road <br /> This item was removed from the Agenda and rescheduled for February 23, 2005. <br /> 2. Mr. Lynn, Lynn & Associates – Administrator Search <br /> Mr. Lynn asked Council to consider scheduling Administrator interviews. <br />Council Member Lee indicated he would rather hear all the answers and questions. <br />Mr. Lynn indicated he would schedule the interviews one hour apart and there would be <br />45 minutes of questions and then 15 minutes to discuss and rate and then review the <br />rating at the end of all interviews. <br />Council asked to start at 7:30 a.m. <br />Mr. Lynn asked for approval of the letter to those that will not be interviewed. Council <br />agreed but asked to wait until after the interview process before it is sent out in case the <br />interviews do not work out and Council would want to pull someone else in for an <br />interview. <br />Mr. Lynn provided the City Attorney with information on the interviewing and rating <br />process to be used. <br />Mr. Lynn asked Council to provide him with three or four favorite questions out of the <br />list of 25 provided. <br />Council Member Lee asked to have rating from one through five rather than zero, one <br />and two. <br />Council Member Capra asked Staff to provide the information to Council Member <br />Broussard Vickers. <br />VI.
