City of Centerville January 26, 2005 Council Meeting Minutes Motion by Council Member Lee, seconded by Council Member Lakso, to approve the Consent Agenda as presented. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. Council asked Staff to work out who would attend the conference. V. AWARDS/PRESENTATIONS/APPEARANCES 1. Ms. Theresa Sharpentier & Ms. Toni Fedorchak – Proposing Request for Variance to be Allowed an On-Sale Liquor License/Set Up – 7087 Centerville Road This item was removed from the Agenda and rescheduled for February 23, 2005. 2. Mr. Lynn, Lynn & Associates – Administrator Search Mr. Lynn asked Council to consider scheduling Administrator interviews. Council Member Lee indicated he would rather hear all the answers and questions. Mr. Lynn indicated he would schedule the interviews one hour apart and there would be 45 minutes of questions and then 15 minutes to discuss and rate and then review the rating at the end of all interviews. Council asked to start at 7:30 a.m. Mr. Lynn asked for approval of the letter to those that will not be interviewed. Council agreed but asked to wait until after the interview process before it is sent out in case the interviews do not work out and Council would want to pull someone else in for an interview. Mr. Lynn provided the City Attorney with information on the interviewing and rating process to be used. Mr. Lynn asked Council to provide him with three or four favorite questions out of the list of 25 provided. Council Member Lee asked to have rating from one through five rather than zero, one and two. Council Member Capra asked Staff to provide the information to Council Member Broussard Vickers. VI.
