City of Centerville <br />Council Meeting Minutes <br />April 27, 2005 <br />Motion by Council Member Lee, seconded by Council Member Paar to approve the <br />April 13, 2005 City Council Meeting Minutes as amended. All in favor. Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br />Motion by Council Member Lakso, seconded by Council Member Lee to approve <br />the April 25, 2005 City Council Work Session Minutes. All in favor. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />IV. CONSENT AGENDA <br />1.City of Centerville April 14, 2005 through April 27, 2005 Claims <br />2.Centennial Fire District through April 18, 2005 Claims <br />3.Centennial Lakes Police Department April 1 – 14, 2005 Claims <br />4.Amendment to the Acclaim Benefits HIPAA Business Associate Addendum <br />5.Connexus Energy – Electric Service for SCADA ($1,190) <br />6.Economic Development Committee’s Recommendation of Ms. Eileen Smith <br />(Centerville Pet Foods) as 2004 Business Person of the Year & Purchase of <br />Plaque Not to Exceed $50.00 <br />Council Member Lakso requested that Item 1 be removed for discussion. <br />Motion by Council Member Paar, seconded by Council Member Lee, to approve <br />Consent Agenda Items 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 as presented. All in favor. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />Council Member Lakso asked for clarification on Check Number 020155. <br />City Administrator Larson explained that it was a one time set up fee to establish the <br />Council Member’s email boxes. <br />Council discussed the matter and determined that since this is a one time fee the email <br />should remain. <br />Motion by Council Member Lee, seconded by Council Member Lakso to approve <br />Consent Agenda Item 1 as presented. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br />V. AWARDS/PRESENTATIONS/APPEARANCES <br />None. <br />VI. PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> 1.
