City of Centerville <br />Council Meeting Minutes <br />April 27, 2005 <br />Crystal Huss, residential appraiser for Anoka County gave an overview of the purpose of <br />Board of Review as well as noting that there was an overall increase of 11% County <br />wide. She then invited interested residents to speak with them at the table concerning <br />valuation. <br />Motion by Council Member Lee, seconded by Council Member Lakso to close the <br />public hearing. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Mayor Capra closed the public hearing at 7:35 p.m. <br /> 2. Outdoor Grant Application <br />Mayor Capra opened the public hearing at 6:50 p.m. <br />Motion by Council Member Lee, seconded by Council Member Lakso to close the <br />public hearing. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Mayor Capra closed the public hearing at 7:35 p.m. <br />VII. NEW BUSINESS <br />1. Resolution #05-017 – Fees Schedule <br />Motion by Council Member Paar, seconded by Council Member Lakso to approve <br />Resolution #05-017 Fees Schedule as presented. All in favor. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />2.Resolution #05-018 – Prepayment & Redemption of Certain Outstanding G.O. <br />Bonds (Supersedes Resolution #05-011) <br />Motion by Council Member Lee, seconded by Council Member Lakso, to approve <br />Resolution #05-018 as presented. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br />3. Resolution #05-019 – Title & Summary – Ordinance #79 <br />Motion by Council Member Lakso, seconded by Council Member Paar to approve <br />Resolution #05-019 as presented. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br />4. Resolution #05-020 – Connection to City Utilities & Use of On-Site Water and <br />Sewer Systems <br />City Attorney Hoeft indicated that Staff would adjust the attachment on a case by case <br />basis and noted that the SAC and WAC charges can be paid when they hook up or be <br />prepaid. <br />Page 3 of 7 <br /> <br />
