City of Centerville <br />Council Meeting Minutes <br />June 8, 2005 <br />Motion by Council Member Lee, seconded by Council Member Terway to approve <br />the Lot split subject to conditions listed.All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br />5. Mr. & Mrs. Theodore Erkenbrack, 7377 Peltier Circle – Request for Overweight <br />Permit <br />City Administrator Larson indicated that this resident has a fairly large motorhome that <br />he would like to bring into the neighborhood to load personal effects into and remove <br />again. <br />Mr. Peterson indicated that one load would not be an issue. <br />Mr. Erkenbrack indicated that he would like approval to bring it in three to four times per <br />year and said he would not do so when road restrictions are on. <br />Council agreed to granting four trips per year. <br />Motion by Council Member Paar, seconded by Council Member Lakso to approve <br />Mr. Erkenbrack’s request for four overweight permits per year as requested. All in <br />favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br />6. Letters of Support – County Grant Applications (CSAH 14 & Interchange I-35E <br />& CSAH 14) <br />City Administrator Larson indicated that Anoka County is submitting grant applications <br />for CSAH 14 and I35E improvements and is seeking support from the City of Centerville <br />for their application for those grants. <br />Motion by Council Member Lakso, seconded by Council Member Terway <br />authorizing Staff to send the letters of support as requested. All in favor. Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br /> 7. Mr. Greg Kieselhorst, Centerville Lions – Requested Use of City Logo <br />Mr. Kieselhorst addressed the Council and provided an insurance certificate for the Fete <br />des Lacs Festival. He then asked Council for authorization to use the City’s logo for the <br />buttons for the festival. <br />City Attorney Hoeft indicated he saw no issue with the request. <br />Motion by Council Member Lee, seconded by Council Member Lakso to approve <br />usage of the City logo on fundraising buttons by the Lions Club for the City festival. <br />All in favor.
