City of Centerville <br />Council Meeting Minutes <br />June 8, 2005 <br />2. Comprehensive Plan Amendments – The Shores, Apple Tree Square & Uptown <br />thst <br />Center and 7050 – 20 Avenue South/6985 – 21 Avenue <br /> a. Resolution #05-026 – The Shores <br />Motion by Council Member Terway, seconded by Council Member Lakso, to <br />approve Resolution #05-026 as presented. All in favor. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />b.Resolution #05-027 – Apple Academy & Uptown Center <br />Motion by Council Member Paar, seconded by Council Member Lakso, to <br />approve Resolution #05-027 as presented. All in favor. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />thst <br /> c. Resolution #05-028 – 7050 20 Avenue/6985 – 21 Avenue <br />Motion by Council Member Terway, seconded by Council Member Lee, to <br />approve Resolution #05-028 as presented. All in favor. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />3. Ordinance #4 Amendment – Ponds & Parking Lots within City with Principal Use <br /> a. Ordinance #84 <br /> City Administrator Larson indicated an updated copy was provided to Council. <br />Mayor Capra explained that this is being put into effect so that any type of <br />accessory use such as loading areas, drainage ponds and parking lots are <br />prohibited if the principal use is not located in Centerville. <br />Motion by Council Member Lee, seconded by Council Member Terway, to <br />approve Ordinance #84 as presented. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br />4. Mr. Robert Knabe/Mr. Tim Kytonen, 7241 Main Street – Lot Split Request <br />City Administrator Larson explained that this was reviewed at the Planning Commission <br />meeting and they have recommended approval subject to three conditions including a <br />revised survey listing the setback from the home to the property line, that he provide right <br />of way to the County and follow the setbacks from the new right of way lines, and that he <br />would use the driveway plan supplied by the County with two driveways near the <br />property line. <br /> Mr. Knabe indicated that his surveyor dropped off revised surveys. <br /> Mr. Larson indicated they were received. <br />Page 4 of 8 <br /> <br />
