Councilmember Buckbee <br />commented the gymnastics business is a good idea to blend with the residential district. The <br />Council's consensus was not to require a special use permit public hearing. <br /> <br />COMMITTEE REPORTS <br /> <br />ADMllUSTRATORSREPORT <br /> <br />June 23, 1998 Joint Meeting <br />Mr. March reported a meeting is scheduled on June 23, 1998, 7:00 p.m. between the Council and <br />the three committees. <br /> <br />Mr. March commented the League Conference is scheduled for June 16-19th. Mr. March <br />requested the Council packets to be distributed on Monday, June 22, 1998. Councilmember <br />Buckbee suggested Staff contact the Council if a large issue arises. The Council's consensus was <br />to allow the council packets to be delivered on Monday, June 22, 1998. <br /> <br />Disaster Plan <br />:Mayor Wilharber suggested Centerville prepare for any disaster, such as the disaster Shoreview <br />suffered. Mayor Wilharber also suggested the Council, Police Department and Fire Department <br />work on a disaster plan. <br /> <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Councilmember Brenner moved and it was seconded to adjourn the June 10, 1998 Council <br />meeting.
