<br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />WEDNESDAY, APRIL 8, 1998 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council of the City of Centerville held its <br />regularly scheduled Council meeting on April 8, 1998 at City Hall, 1880 Main Street. <br /> <br />PRESENT: <br /> <br />Mayor Tom Wilharber <br />Council Member: Laura Powers <br />MaryJo Helmbrecht <br />Theresa Brenner <br /> <br />ABSENT: <br /> <br />Councilmember Sanna Buckbee <br /> <br />STAFF/ CONSULTANTS: Jim March, Administrator <br />Ry-Chel Gaustad, Clerk <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Wilharber called the meeting to order at 6:03 pm. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING (S) <br /> <br />CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES <br /> <br />March 18. 1998 Workshop Meeting Minutes <br />Councilmember Helmbrecht moved and it was seconded to approve the Workshop meeting <br />minutes of March 18, 1998 with noted changes. Helmbrecht aye, Brenner aye, Wilharber aye, <br />Powers abstained. Motion carried. <br /> <br />PAYMENT OF CLAIMS <br /> <br />The City of Centerville March 25 - 31 <br />Councilmember Helmbrecht moved and it was seconded to approve the City of Centerville <br />payment of claims for March 25 - 31. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />The City of Centerville April 1 - 8 <br />Councilmember Powers questioned the double disbursement to the Centennial Fire District. Mr. <br />March stated that he will investigate the claim prior to disbursing the funds. <br /> <br />Councilmember Helmbrecht moved and it was seconded to approve the City of Centerville <br />payment of claims for April 1 - 8.
