<br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 28, 1998 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council of the City of Centerville held at their <br />regularly scheduled Council meeting on Wednesday, January 28, 1998 at City Hall, 1880 Main <br />Street. Mr. Montain <br />commented he paid the employee fine because the employee was not properly informed and <br />apologized for the inconvenience to the City. <br /> <br />MOTION by Councilmember Brenner, seconded by Councilmember Buckbee to charge a civil <br />penalty of$500.00 plus associated city expenses of $479.80, which is a total of$979.80. Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br /> <br />PAYMENT OF CLAIMS <br />The City of Centerville January 15 - 28 <br />MOTION by Councilmember Brenner, seconded by Councilmember Buckbee to approve the <br />receipts and disbursements of January 15 - 28. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />The Centennial Fire District <br />MOTION by Councilmember Brenner, seconded by Councilmember Buckbee to approve the <br />Centennial Fire District disbursements.
