<br />unanimously. <br /> <br />The City of Centerville September 1 - 9 <br />Councilmember Helmbrecht requested to take the H. R. Green disbursement from the payment of <br />claims. Mr. March reported, H. R. Green Company requested final payment prior to incurring <br />additional city expense on LaMotte Park. Mr. Peterson noted LaMotte park grading/drainage <br />plans should be reevaluated. Currently, water sheeting from the field should be treated prior to <br />draining into the creek. Apparently, there are flagrant errors in the engineering design for the <br />grading/drainage plan. Mr. Peterson requested a meeting between the past and existing <br />engineering firm to add clarity to the plan in question. <br /> <br />Mayor Wilharber questioned the Engineer about St. Paul Water Utilities pipe, located between the <br />City of Lino Lakes and the City ofCenterville. Mr. Peterson was not familiar with the pipe nor its <br />locations. <br /> <br />Mayor Wilharber moved to pay the City of Centerville's payment of claims for September <br />1 - 9. and to cut a separate check to H.R. Green minus $5.300. Councilmember Buckbee <br />seconded the motion. Wilharber - aye. Buckbee - aye. Brenner - nay, Helmbrecht - nay. <br />Motion failed <br /> <br />Councilmember Helmbrecht moved to pull H.R. Green payment request from the <br />September disbursements. Councilmember Brenner seconded the motion. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />Councilmember Helmbrecht moved to approve the City of Centerville - payment of Claims <br />for September 1 - 9 without H.R. Green payment. Councilmember Brenner seconded the <br />motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Centennial Fire District <br />Councilmember Helmbrecht moved to approve the Centennial Fire District payment of <br />claims. Councilmember Brenner seconded the motion.
