<br />The City of Centerville August 13 -26 <br />Mayor Wilharber questioned E.H. Renner and Son's payment of$4,800. Mr. Palzer stated that <br />lightning struck well #1 and E.ll. Renner replaced the damaged parts. <br />Motion by Councilmember Brenner to approve the AU2:ust 13-26 payment of claims. <br />Motion seconded by Councilmember Powers. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Pay Estimate #3 for 20th Avenue Improvements <br />Motion by Councilmember Helmbrecth to approve Pay estimate #3 for 20th Avenue <br />improvement. Councilmember Brenner seconded the motion. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />Centennial Fire District <br />Councilmember Buckbee approved the Centennial Fire District claims. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />PETITIONS AND COMPLAINTS <br /> <br />UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br /> <br />Resolution 98-18 Adoptin2: Parkview Addition Assessment Roll <br />Motion by Councilmember Helmbrecht to adopt Resolution 98-18 Adopting Parkview Addition <br />Assessment Roll. Motion seconded by Councilmember Powers. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Helmbrecht to defer the assessment of$12.389.99 for ten years on <br />PIN 23-31-22-31-0040. Councilmember Brenner seconded the motion. 0 Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />The Woods of Clearwater Creek <br />1'IJ. Nyberg gave an overview of the proposed development and noted the Developer is not <br />in need for approval. However, there are two points of interest in the Developer's Contract. <br />First is the cost for looping the watermain from Revoir Street to Brian Drive. Second is <br />a temporary cul-de-sac and the cost to create a permanent road in the future.
