Nyberg gave an overview of the proposed development and noted the Developer is not <br />in need for approval. However, there are two points of interest in the Developer's Contract. <br />First is the cost for looping the watermain from Revoir Street to Brian Drive. Second is <br />a temporary cul-de-sac and the cost to create a permanent road in the future.
