Mr. March stated that he spoke with the Anoka County Parks Director and that Phase II
of the Regional Park improvements include running a trail from the interior of the regional
park to Main Street on County Road 14, but that probably would not be a reality in the
next five years. He indicated that the Parks Director would try to find out the County's
plan for acquiring property in the area of the home at the end of Main Street.

Mr. March stated that before the City acquires property it is important to have a feasibility
study to find out if it is possible to build a trail around the lake, where it would go, and
what type of cost etc.

Mayor Wilharber and Council member Broussard indicated that they would like to see a
survey done incorporating more than the last survey and to incorporate it with the
newsletter. Mayor Wilharber stated that the survey should be developed at a workshop
with Park and Recreation, EDC, and Planning and Zoning to get a complete survey.

IV.
