Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Centennial Fire District - February 23. 1999 <br />Motion by Councilmember Brenner, seconded by Councilmember Nelson to approve the Centennial <br />Fire District claims for February 23, 1999. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Centennial Fire District - March 2. 1999 <br />Motion by Councilmember Brenner, seconded by Councilmember Travis to approve the Centennial <br />Fire District for March 2, 1999. SET AGENDA <br /> <br />Overweight Permit <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Brenner, seconded by Councilmember Nelson to approve the set agenda with <br />noted changes. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />VII. PETITIONS AND COMPLAINTS <br /> <br />Water Ski Course on Peltier Lake <br />Mayor Wilharber briefed the Council on a complaint the City received from a resident at 1637 Peltier <br />Lake Drive in regards to banning water ski courses on Peltier Lake. Moreover, the complainant stated <br />there is a notable decrease in ducks, geese, eagles, blue herons and egrets (both white and grey) that nest <br />in the area. The resident petitioned the Council to deny all applications made to install a water ski jump. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Brenner, seconded by Councilmember Nelson to make known that the City <br />of Centerville will not support any water ski course areas in environmentally sensitive areas.
