(Letter of Map Revision) and working with other agencies. The Council requested a quotation from Mr. Nyberg to continue in his effort to remove the Lake Area Utilities from the floodway. Mr. March suggested in the interim the Council explore other possible properties for public works. The Council noted that the removal of the property from the floodway will benefit the property owner and the City. CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES January 13, 1999 Council Meeting Minutes Motion by Ms. Brenner and seconded by Mr. Sweeney to approve the January 13, 1999 Council meeting minutes as noted. Motion carried unanimously. Police Officer Jensen was present to introduce newly hired Police Officer Glen McCarty. Ms. Brenner requested the Police Department enforce the Snowmobile Ordinance and restrict redirecting snowmobile traffic from Main Street to Mill Road. Officer Jensen stated he will reiterate the concerns to the officers, but he wasn't aware of officers redirecting snowmobile traffic. PAYMENT OF CLAIMS Centennial Fire District Motion by Ms. Brenner and seconded by Mr. Sweeney to approve the Centennial Fire District's payment of claims. Motion carried unanimously. The City of Centerville - January 14 - 27 Motion by Mr. Sweeney and seconded by Mr. Travis to approve the City of Centerville's receipts and disbursements. Motion carried unanimously.
