Councilmember Sweeney seconded the motion. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />Councilmember Nelson's Letter <br />Mayor Wilharber addressed a letter executed by Councilmember Nelson. Councilmember Nelson <br />requested that the issues identified within the letter be addressed during the January 20, special <br />meeting. <br /> <br />Councilmember Brenner questioned the City Attorney if E-mail constitutes a quorum. Mr. Hoeft <br />state there is no concern as long as it is not a 3-way phone conversation, or three or more Council <br />members are in one place at one time, discussing City business. <br /> <br />Mr. March requested that Schnitzer Iron & Metal pending law suit be discussed during the <br />January 20, meeting. <br /> <br />Resolution 99-01 Appointments <br />Councilmember Sweeney moved to approve Resolution 99-01 as noted. Councilmember <br />Travis seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Resolution 99-02 Fee Structure <br />Councilmember Brenner moved to set park dedication fees at $1200 per dwelling unit & <br />and leave the ordinance as stated. Councilmember Nelson seconded the motion. Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Councilmember Brenner moved to approve resolution 99-02 Fee Structure as noted. <br />Councilmember Sweeney seconded the motion.
