<br />Council Members <br />City ofCenterville <br />January 12, 1999 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />Remaining Issues: <br />developer. <br /> <br />Miscellaneous punch list items, letter of credit Issue with <br /> <br />4) The Woods of Clearwater Creek <br />10-10t subdivision constructed in 1998, developed by Dick Travis included public street <br />(Brian Drive), sidewalks-trails, sanitary and storm sewer and water main. <br /> <br />Current Project Status: The project is completed for the season with the curbing, <br />bituminous base course, water main and sanitary sewer in-place. The site grading is <br />completed with the exception of the existing ditch/pond along the west plat line to be fine <br />graded. <br /> <br />Remaining Issues: All issues have been addressed and waiting springtime construction <br />season to complete the development. A dike will be constructed across the ditch and <br />storm sewer piping constructed below it. The sidewalk and trail ways will then be <br />completed and the final layer of asphalt. Anticipated project completion is July 1 st, 1999. <br /> <br />5) <br /> <br />Center Villa <br />Located on the west side of 20th Avenue, at the south end of Brian Drive, this residential <br />subdivision consists of 22 lots. <br /> <br />Current Project Status: Preliminary plat has been approved, utility plans and <br />specifications are complete, no construction has taken place to-date. <br /> <br />Remaining Issues: Receive schedules from Willie Lessard for site grading, utility <br />installation, street construction, etc. for the spring of 1999. <br /> <br />6) Buechler Estates <br />This 5-10t subdivision is located on the north shore of Centerville Lake, at the far west <br />end of Mound Trail. <br /> <br />Current Project Status: Preliminary plat has been approved, sanitary sewer/street plans <br />are complete. Project is on hold till spring. <br /> <br />Remaining Issues: Receive schedule from Carl Buechler for site grading, sewer <br />construction, and street reconstruction. <br /> <br />7) Acorn Creek <br />21-10t subdivision constructed in 1995, developed by Gerald Rehbein included public <br />streets, sidewalks-trails, sanitary and storm sewer and water main. <br /> <br />Current Project Status: Project is completed.
