<br />Council Members <br />City of Centerville <br />January 12,1999 <br />Page 3 <br /> <br />Remaining Issues: The Developer needs to install the remainder of the boulevard trees <br />and address the replacement of several broken sidewalks caused by home construction. <br />Letters and conversations regarding these issues to the developer are on file. We will be <br />following up on these items over the next couple of months. <br /> <br />8) Lakeland Hills <br />40-lot development constructed in 1997, developed by Royal Oaks Realty included <br />public streets, sidewalks-trails, sanitary and storm sewer and water main. <br /> <br />Current Project Status: All public infrastructure is completed with the exception of the <br />final layer of bituminous, a segment of bituminous trail and some minor pond grading. <br />This layer of bituminous was left off until most of the home construction was completed <br />to save the integrity of the new surface from construction equipment. <br /> <br />Remaining Issues: The developer is aware of all the outstanding items listed above and <br />this spring will be completing these items along with any punch-list. <br /> <br />9) Eal!le Pass <br />l49-lot development constructed in 1997, developed by Gar-Em LLC included public <br />streets, sidewalks-trails, sanitary and storm sewer, water main and park improvements. <br /> <br />Current Project Status: All public infrastructure is completed with the exception of the <br />final layer of asphalt, restoration along the park and park trail, and any punch list items. <br /> <br />Remaining Issues: The completion of the sport court. <br /> <br />10) Willow Glen <br />48-lot multi-family development constructed in 1997, developed by Gerald Rehbein <br />included public and private streets, sidewalks-trails, sanitary and storm sewer, and water <br />mam. <br /> <br />Current Project Status: All infrastructures are completed. <br /> <br />Remaining Issues: Verify that the final punch list has been completed. <br /> <br />11) <br /> <br />Kindergarten Building <br />Located on the west side of 20th Avenue, just north of Clearwater Creek, this proposed <br />building is in the early stages of design and review. <br /> <br />Current Status: Sketch plan has been reviewed with comments provided.
