UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br /> <br />Eagle Trucking Appraisal <br /> <br />Mr. March stated that the City received a signed option, prepared by the City Attorney, on the <br />Eagle Trucking site. He has contacted the appraiser the City has used in the past to schedule an <br />appraisal and she will complete the appraisal as soon as possible. He also advised Council that <br />Mr. Huber has removed the last underground tank on the property and the soil tests ofthe <br />property should be available in the near future. The option was in consideration of$1.00 which <br />just leaves the price to negotiation. The option was for a 90-day term, or February 15, 2000. <br /> <br />Page 2 of6 <br />
