Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />Kelly's Fence <br /> <br />Mr. March updated the council on what P&Z had discussed the <br />previous night. Mr. Bisek has applied for a building permit and <br />Mr. March requested that the Council approve it contingent upon P&Z <br />revising the fence section of ordinance 4. p&Z will look at safety <br />issues and hazards for fencing versus the wants of a resident. <br /> <br />Ms. Helmbrecht expressed some concern regarding the letter that was <br />sent to Mr. Bisek dated May 20, 1996. Ms. Buckbee stated that the <br />Council did request that Mr. Bisek come in and apply for a variance <br />and building permit. <br /> <br />Ms. Helmbrecht requested that all letters sent to residents and <br />business owners be copied to city council. <br /> <br />Mr. March stated that he will talk with staff and request that all <br />correspondence being sent to residents be reviewed by him. <br /> <br />Watercraft Test Drive Promotion <br /> <br />Mr. March explained the request from Cuneo and Associates is <br />similar to that of the Bald Eagle Waterski Club. As per their <br />letter: Ther would like to conduct a personal watercraft test <br />promotion with KOOL108 at Waterworks Beach Club on Monday, June 17, <br />1996. They would need a letter from the city regarding its <br />comments. <br /> <br />Mr. March informed the council of a complaint received from Mr. <br />McDonald, President of Centerville Lake Association regarding <br />events on the lake. <br /> <br />Mr. Wilharber stated that the waters are not the city's <br />jurisdiction. <br /> <br />Mr. March recommended that city approve contingent the company <br />addresses Mr. McDonald's concerns. <br /> <br />MOTION by Buckbee, second by Helmbrecht to approve the KOOL108 / <br />Polaris Dearlers to conduct their personal watercraft test drive <br />promotion on Monday, June 17, 1996 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. withan <br />alternate date of Tuesday, June 18, 1996. Contingent upon them <br />addressing the concerns of Mr. McDonald and informing affected <br />residents.
