<br />City Council Meeting Minutes of June 5, 1996 <br /> <br />Mr. March stated that Danell Westbrock has requested to get a pager <br />(for personal use) through the city, and Mr. March requested a <br />cellular phone. <br /> <br />MOTION by Buckbee, second by Helmbrecht to authorize Danell <br />Westbrock receive a pager at her own expense. And approve a <br />cellular phone for Mr. March to be paid by the city. Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br /> <br />MAYOR REPORTS <br /> <br />Mr. Wilharber stated that bump signs should be installed for those <br />bumps on Peltier Lake Drive. <br /> <br />Mr. Wilharber stated that each councilmember should make a list of <br />the 1996 goals and their status to inform Mr. March. His intent is <br />that the city should be working on the 1996 goals set. <br /> <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br />MOTION by Brenner, second by Wilharber to approve the consent <br />agenda consisting of Gunner Peterson to do inspections for the <br />Buckbee home addition and with the exception of item #1 - ERB <br />Letter. Motion carried, Buckbee abstained. <br /> <br />Mr. Fogerty asked if Mr. March reviewed the LaMotte park proposal <br />and what the status is. Mr. March stated he would attend the next <br />P&R meeting to discuss it. <br /> <br />Mr. Wilharber showed the council the sketch plan for the Hensel <br />property that Mr. Goertz presented to P&Z the previous night. His <br />intent is to rezone the property before the end of July 1996 and <br />not to develop until spring of 1997. <br /> <br />He showed 19 lots including the existing home.
