He also asked why the budget and CIF was not considered before staff <br />signed the letter. Paul said that he doesn't have control on the budget. <br /> <br />Sanna asked why and how staffhad come up with all the "demands". Paul stated that they <br />weren't demands but concerns, and added that without an administrator it has been very <br />hard for the staff. <br /> <br />Laura said all she was requesting was a letter of apology be put in Paul's file. <br /> <br />Jim said that the letter from the employees sounds as though it was written out of <br />frustration. <br /> <br />Mary Jo said that the ERB would be abolished with Jim now on staff <br /> <br />Sanna said that staff hold things against and from Danell. <br /> <br />Theresa commented that her dealings with Paul and Trudi have been very professional. <br />She stated that city council need to reduce the hostility against the staff <br /> <br />Sanna did agree that she has had a problem with the transition from staff person to <br />Councilmember. <br /> <br />l <br /> <br />Jim took a poll from those present to see if they would allow him to do his job as the <br />administrator and mediator.
