March explained Paul had <br />reviewed the plans today and he highlighted each unit with options like a fireplace. Compromise would be per building charge not per unit <br />on the plan check fee for each building. Site maintenance on each building should be <br />around $500.00 because of the density. <br /> <br />Brenner suggested keeping the building fees around $4,000. per-unit. Helmbrecht <br />mentioned the city has lowered sewer and water $1,700.
