<br />Council Meeting November 13, 1996 <br /> <br />t <br /> <br />Lakes and Circle Pines. They both charge for the plan review and unit fees for each unit <br />so if he were building in the immediate area he would be charged for both. March <br />indicated the Building Official recommended charging for both and he would recommend <br />it also. Helmbrecht asked why would we charge for both. March explained Paul had <br />reviewed the plans today and he highlighted each unit with options like a fireplace. If <br />those options go in even though he reviewed the plans - some structural changes could <br />occur and additional plan review will be required. <br /> <br />C.R. said Bright Key development will not be able to build with the building fees per unit. <br />Buckbee felt the per-unit fees should be: <br />Water meter <br />Permit <br />Water hook up @ <br />Sewer @ <br />Storm Sewer @ <br />Site Maint. @ <br /> <br />$173.73 <br /> <br />$770. <br />$572. <br />$200. <br />$225. <br /> <br />per-unit plus sur charge and SAC. Compromise would be per building charge not per unit <br />on the plan check fee for each building. Site maintenance on each building should be <br />around $500.00 because of the density. <br /> <br />Brenner suggested keeping the building fees around $4,000. per-unit. Helmbrecht <br />mentioned the city has lowered sewer and water $1,700. Brenner suggested $3,781. <br />and the fees would be: <br />Sanitary Sewer <br />Municipal Water <br />SAC <br />Storm Sewer <br />Water Meter <br />Non-Refunded <br />Plan Review <br />Site Maintenance per unit <br />Totaling <br /> <br />$770. <br />$572. <br />$900. <br />$200. <br />$173.73 <br />$ 25. <br />$300. <br />$ 25 <br />$ 2,965.73 <br /> <br />MOTION by Brenner, seconded by Helmbrecht to set building fees for Willow Glen as <br />following: <br /> <br />Sanitary sewer $770. <br />Municipal water $572. <br />Plan review per unit $300. <br /> <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />t <br /> <br />MOTION by Helmbrecht, seconded by Brenner to reduce the garage square footage as <br />submitted.
