<br />Council Meeting November 13, 1996 <br /> <br />I . <br /> <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />Hensel/Leroux Property Sketch Plan - Rockney Goertz - Goertz proposed a sketch plan <br />for the Hensel property. Council discussed the road location. Wilharber indicated he will <br />contact the school and see where Dean Johnson is with the City's Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />MOTION by Buckbee, seconded by Brenner to table the sketch plan until the Mayor <br />speaks to the school. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Drainage issue - Helmbrecht questioned the placement of a phone box and a man hole at <br />Heritage and Centerville Road. Wilharber thought the box had been there a while. <br />Helmbrecht suggested stafflook into the matter. <br /> <br />COMMITTEE REPORT <br />Planning and Zoning - Wilharber reported the Planning and Zoning Committee <br />recommend Ms. Linda Broussard-Vickers to sit on the Planning and Zoning board. <br /> <br />MOTION by Buckbee, seconded by Brenner to approve Linda Broussard-Vickers to sit <br />on the Planning and Zoning Committee. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />ADMINISTRATOR REPORT <br />March indicated CB Commercial may want to have approval at the next meeting to locate <br />an antenna on the water tower. <br /> <br />March reviewed the North Central Cable Commission information. <br /> <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />1. November 27 council meeting changed to Tuesday, November 26th. <br /> <br />MOTION by Buckbee, seconded by Brenner to approve the consent agenda. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />ADJOURN <br />MOTION by Buckbee seconded by Helmbrecht to adjourn the November 13, 1996 <br />council meeting.
