<br />City of Centerville October 23, 1996 Council Meeting <br /> <br />Eagle Pass - Pay Estimate No 1 - MOTION by Helmbrecht, seconded by Brenner to <br />~ approve the Eagle Pass - Pay Estimate No.1, as per MSA letter dated October 15th. <br /> <br />SET AGENDA: <br /> <br />Committee Report <br />Letter from Anoka County Sheriffs Department <br />Holiday Party <br />Resolution for Clearwater Meadow <br /> <br />MOTION by Brenner, seconded by Powers-Rasmussen to approve the set agenda. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />PETITIONS AND COMPLAINTS: <br /> <br />UNFINISHED BUSINESS: <br /> <br />Eagle Pass Final Plat - Nyberg stated all issues with Eagle Pass where addressed in the <br />October 7, letter. March commented he received a letter from the Eagle Pass developers <br />and the letter laid out the structure for a park area. In the letter the following items were <br />listed as follows: <br />Value of the 2.5 acres ofland $ 37,500. <br />Excavation & Soil work at $ 12,280. <br />Court & Play structure $ 60,000. <br />Parking area $ 8,200. <br />Along with other miscellaneous items it totals out to be around $117,000., which includes <br />the fence and lighting. Wilharber stated March had received a letter which commits the <br />Eagle Pass developers. Nyberg said the Eagle Pass Plat looks good to MSA and would <br />recommend it to the City. <br /> <br />MOTION by Buckbee, seconded by Helmbrecht to approve Eagle Pass Final Plat dated <br />October 18, 1996. Buckbee yes, Helmbrecht yes, Wilharber yes, Brenner yes, Powers- <br />Rasmussen opposed. <br /> <br />Developers Agreement on Eagle Pass - Helmbrecht questioned Nyberg on the weather <br />siren. Nyberg was checking with Paul Palzer as to the radius of the siren. <br /> <br />MOTION by Helmbrecht, seconded by Buckbee to approve the development agreement <br />contingent upon deed forms delivered and required paperwork with the park dedication <br />change. <br /> <br />Informational Meeting - Clearwater Meadows Assessment, Brian Drive Water Services- <br />Nyberg explained the proposed improvements as a watermain trunk south of City Hall, <br />watermain trunk along Cottonwood Court and services provided to the property which <br />would include all residents of Brian Drive.
