Mayor Wilharber called <br />the meeting to order at 6:00 P.M. <br /> <br />PRESENT: Tom Wilharber <br />Sanna Buckbee <br /> <br />Theresa Brenner <br />Mary Jo Helmbrecht <br /> <br />ABSENT: Laura Powers-Rasmussen <br /> <br />STAFF/CONSULTANTS: Jim March Ry-Chel Gaustad <br />Dave Nyberg <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES: <br /> <br />September 25, 1996 Minutes - MOTION by Brenner, seconded by Helmbrecht to approve <br />the September 25, 1996 minutes with corrections. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />October 9, 1996 Minutes- MOTION by Helmbrecht, seconded by Brenner to approve the <br />October 9, 1996 minutes with corrections. Wilharber yes, Buckbee abstained, Helmbrecht <br />yes, Brenner yes. <br /> <br />Laura Powers-Rasmussen arrived 6: 10 p.m. <br /> <br />PAYMENT OF CLAIM: <br /> <br />Centennial Fire District - MOTION by Helmbrecht, seconded by Brenner to approve the <br />October 17, disbursements. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />City of Centerville - MOTION by Helmbrecht, seconded by Brenner approve the October <br />10 through October 23 disbursements. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Clearwater Meadows - Pay Estimate No.2. MOTION by Brenner, seconded by <br />Helmbrecht. Motion carried unanimously. <br />
