The city may experience a surplus which can be applied to improvements. <br /> <br />Rick Carlson - Concept Plan (Fruth & Fisher Properties) <br />Mr. Rick Carlson explained Mr. Mattke, of Mattke Engineering, will give a presentation on a <br />concept development plan for 7384 and 7396 Old Mill Road. Mr. March mentioned the <br />Metropolitan Council suggested postponing MUSA extension requests until the City's <br />Comprehensive Plan has been approved. <br /> <br />Mr. Mattke described the 20-acre concept plan including the conflict to extend Revoir Street with <br />the 60 feet right-of-way requirements. Mr. Mattke requested the Council's consideration to <br />narrow the Revoir Street extension road right of way to 40 feet. Councilmember Buckbee <br />suggested the sketch plan be reviewed by Planning and Zoning and then the Council will consider <br />the concept plan after the Metropolitan Council has approved the City's Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />Rockne Goertz - Cleanvater Meadows - Grading and Correction Notices <br />Mayor Wilharber suggested waiting since the Developer is not present to discuss the issue. <br /> <br />OLD BUSINESS: <br />Lakeland Hills Plans for review, comments and discussion <br />Mr. Nyberg gave an overview for of the Lakeland Hills plans and specifications for future <br />consideration. <br /> <br />Peltier Lake Drive Watermain Extension and Street Reconstruction Cost Analysis for review, <br />comments, and discussion - <br />Councilmember Buckbee asked if the residents on Peltier Lake Drive have been notified of this <br />item on the agenda. <br /> <br />MOTION by Councilmember Helmbrecht, seconded by Councilmember Brenner to table this <br />issue, set up a workshop and inform the residents on Peltier Lake Drive that they can stop at City <br />Hall to review the preliminary figures for the water extension. Mayor Wilharber called for <br />further discussion. <br /> <br />Mr. Nyberg suggested not disclosing the figures since they are not reliable. Mr. March suggested <br />sending an informational letter, a survey and the water extension funding options to the residents <br />on Peltier Lake Drive. Councilmember Buckbee suggested City Staff develop financial options <br />for the Peltier Lake Drive residents. <br /> <br />Coullci/member Helmbrecht moved to rescind the original motion. Councilmember Brenner <br />secolldt!d the motion.
