<br />~ Mr. Hellings suggested, allowing the home to sit vacant until the city knows what it would like to <br />do with it. Mr. Hellings would not recommend a maintenance agreement. Councilmember <br />Brenner confirmed Senior Day, and the inviting of Great Lakes Management, and a required $200 <br />deposit to hold a unit. The City will start to accept deposits on the 19th of May and continue <br />until May 27. Then the Council will have a workshop on May 28 to discuss the results. <br />Councilmember Brenner suggested having a bus ride over to the Willows facility in Ham Lake. <br /> <br />MOTION by Councilmember Brenner, seconded by Councilmember Helmbrecht to close the <br />Senior Housing Informational Meeting.
