<br />Councilmember Brenner. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Selling of the Ford Tanker Truck <br />Mr. Palzer outlined the condition of the Ford tanker. Mr. Palzer added the tanker is not DOT <br />(Department of Transportation) worthy and is a liability concern. In Mr. Palzer's opinion, the <br />City would be labile for any accidents caused by the truck. Therefore, Mr. Palzer recommended <br />selling the tanker to an interested party. <br /> <br />MOTION by Councilmember Helmbrecht to authorize the Public Works Director/Building <br />Official work with the interested party and sell the tanker. Motion seconded by Councilmember <br />Buckbee. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Lorenz Bus Stop <br />Mr. March reported Lorenz Bus Company requested the Council consider a location for bus <br />service provided to the Centerville citizens. <br /> <br />MOTION by Councilmember Buckbee to authorize Staff to work with Lorenz Bus company to <br />find a location for a bus stop. However, the City Hall location is not allowed. Motion seconded <br />by Councilmember Powers.
