<br />~ <br /> <br />COMMUNITY SURVEYS <br /> <br />The Circle Pines-Lexington Police Department continues with the practice of soliciting customer input by <br />distributing random surveys on a monthly basis in all three communities served. Returned surveys are <br />reviewed by the Chief of Police and Commission Members and concerns raised by the public are normally <br />responded to by the Chief of Police personally. <br /> <br />The overall response rate as compared to surveys distributed was 23%. <br /> <br />On average the respondents have been residents of the communities for 11 Yz years. <br /> <br />The following questions were asked of our residents: <br /> <br />1.
