<br />~ Mayor Wilharber called the November 12, 1997 regularly scheduled council meeting to order at <br />6:03 p.m. <br /> <br />ABSENT: <br /> <br />Mayor Tom Wilharber <br />Council Members: Theresa Brenner <br />Mary Jo Helmbrecht <br />Sanna Buckbee <br />Councilmember Laura Powers <br /> <br />PRESENT: <br /> <br />Mr. Hellings explained the meeting was closed to discuss disciplinary action. The meeting was <br />opened at the request of Mr. Danielson. Mr. Hellings requested the Clerk read the Council's <br />motion as it pertains to Mr. Danielson. Ms. Gaustad reiterated the previously stated Council's <br />motion: "Mayor Wilharber moved to place Mr. Danielson on a twelve-month probation with the <br />stipulation that Mr. Danielson complete the Anoka County PERK program within 60 days. Also, <br />Mr. Danielson enters citizens' homes only when accompanied by another city employee and Mr. <br />Danielson send a letter of an apology to the LaMotte family." <br /> <br />Mr. Hellings left the Council Chambers at 6:04 p.m. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING - Delinquent Utility Bills <br /> <br />Mr. Troy Bonkowske (City Intern) arrived at 6:05 p.rn. <br /> <br />Mayor Wilharber opened the delinquent utility bills public hearing at 6:05 p.m.. Mayor Wilharber <br />questioned the audience if anybody was present for the hearing. No comments. Mayor Wilharber <br />questioned if the Council had any comments. No comments. Ms. Gaustad noted Mr. Curt <br />McKay (1749 Heritage Street) paid the utility account in full. <br /> <br />MOTION by Councilmember Helmbrecht to close the public hearing. Motion seconded by <br />Councilmember Brenner. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Public hearing closed at 6:06 p.m. <br /> <br />CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES: <br /> <br />September 24.1997 Council Meeting Minutes <br />MOTION by Councilmember Brenner to approve the September 24, 1997 Council meeting <br />minutes with corrections. Motion seconded by Councilmember Helmbrecht. Brenner aye, <br />Helmbrecht aye, Wilharber aye, Buckbee abstained.
