Mayor Tom <br />Wilharber called the council meeting to order at 6: 10 PM. <br /> <br />PRESENT: Mayor Tom Wilharber <br /> <br />Council members: <br /> <br />Mary Jo Helmbrecht <br />Theresa Brenner <br />Sanna Buckbee <br />Laura Powers-Rasmussen <br /> <br />t <br /> <br />STAFF/CONSULTANTS: Jim March <br />Ry-Chel Gaustad <br /> <br />David Nyberg <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES: <br /> <br />City Council Meeting of January 22, 1997 <br />MOTION by Helmbrecht, seconded by Brenner to approve the January 22, 1997 minutes <br />with corrections. Wilharber yes, Buckbee yes, Helmbrecht yes, Brenner yes, <br />Powers-Rasmussen abstained. <br /> <br />PAYMENT OF CLAIMS: <br /> <br />City ofCenterville January 23 - 31,1997 <br />MOTION by Brenner, seconded by Powers-Rasmussen to approve the receipts and <br />disbursements of January 23 - 31. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />City of Centerville February 1 - 12, 1997 <br />MOTION by Brenner, seconded by Helmbrecht to approve the receipts and <br />disbursements of February 1-12. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Centennial Fire District February 6, 1997 <br />MOTION by Helmbrecht, seconded by Brenner to approve the Centennial Fire Districts <br />disbursements of February 6, 1997. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Pay Estimate #10 Acorn Creek <br />Helmbrecht asked the remaining retainage. Nyberg commented it has not been changed or <br />reduced from the $15,000. <br />
