Resolution 97-28 Adopting District No. 1-5 as an "Economic Development District" as <br />defined in Minnesota Statutes, Section 469.174, Subdivision 12. <br />3. Resolution 97-29 Amending by Substitution the North Central Suburban Cable <br />Communications Commission Joint and Cooperative Agreement for the Administration <br />of a Cable Communications System. <br />4. Right of Way Ordinance <br /> <br />MOTION by Councilmember Helmbrecht to approve the consent agenda excluding the right of <br />way item. Motion seconded by Councilmember Brenner. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Mayor Wilharber announced Councilmember Theresa Brenner was elected to be the recipient of <br />the Citizen of the year award and Paul Montain was elected as the Business Person of the year. <br />Councilmember Brenner noted the Citizen of the year final candidates: Tom Dario, Randy <br />Hagerty, Mary Capra, Ken Strains and Michael Navin. <br /> <br />MOTION by Councilmember Helmbrecht to adjourn the December 22, 1997 Council meeting. <br />Motion seconded by Councilmember Brenner.
