EDC plans to meet on January 6, at 5:00 p.m. to <br />complete the Minnesota Design Team application by the January 15, due date. <br /> <br />ADMINISTRATIONS REPORT <br /> <br />Payroll timing <br />Mr. March informed Council staff payroll checks will be executed bimonthly, outside of Council <br />meetings. <br /> <br />Local Government Consultants <br />Mr. March briefed the Council on Dorothy Person of Local Government Consultants progress. <br />Ms. Person plans to make a presentation at 5:00 p.m. prior to the January 14, 1998 Council <br />meeting. <br /> <br />Holiday Office Hours <br />Mr. March reported on the holiday office hours. City Hall will close at noon on Christmas Eve <br />day and be closed on Christmas day. <br />
