Request for Variance <br />Ex1ension <br /> <br />Mayor Capra questioned the reason for the request. <br /> <br />City Administrator Larson eXplained that the applicant requested an extension because <br />the utilities were not completed tmtil later than planned and stated that a six month <br />extension would be reasonable to complete construction. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Broussard-Vickers. seconded bv Council Member Lee <br />to approve Consent Al!enda Item 4.
