<br />is therefore planning accordingly for uses that are consistent with what will become contiguous <br />development. <br /> <br />Conclusion <br />The City feels that an update to its forecasts based on the draft land use plan forecasts presented <br />above would be appropriate, given that the City's plan achieves the objectives established in the <br />Regional Development Framework for a developing community. Objectives listed in <br />CenterviIle's System Statement include: developing transition strategies to increase density and <br />encouraging infiIl development. These two goals are addressed directly through CenterviIle's <br />current planning effort.
