Clerk was instructed <br />to advise PQT Company that the City quotes a price of $1500. an <br />acre on the 9 acre parcel south of the extension of Heritage Street. <br /> <br />Discussion held on the sewer connection at 1567 Peltier Lake <br />Drive. Attorney is to advise Mrs. Gulbranson that she must be <br />hooked up to the sewer by October 24, 1979. <br /> <br />Floyd Laska made a motion to approve the permanent road and <br />utility easement over the East 60 feet of the West 210 feet of <br />the North 90 feet of the South 530 feet of the SE Quarter of <br />the NE Quarter of Section 23, Township 31, Range 22, Anoka <br />County for the extension of Brian Street, Leon L'A11ier seconded <br />it, motion carried. <br /> <br />Leon L'Allier made a motion to accept the quote from PQT Company <br />for the 50 seedling trees to be planted on City property under <br />the Shade Tree Program, quote being $48. a tree, Fran Burque <br />seconded it, motion carried. <br /> <br />Leon L'Allier made a motion to pay bills as per attached <br />sheet, Floyd Laska seconded it, motion carried. <br /> <br />Fran Burque made a motion to adjourn meeting, Leon L'A11ier <br />seconded it, motion carried.
