<br />R~SOLUTION <br /> <br />WH~REAS, the City Council of the City of Centerville <br />met on Wednesday, September 26, 1979 in the City Hall, <br />and <br /> <br />WHER~AS, the City Council determined that the $870,000. <br />G. O. Bonds be levied for the year 1979 for collection <br />in the year 1980 in the amount of $50,960.68 minus the <br />Green Acre and Senior Citizen deferments, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the figure of $26,284. previously certified <br />when the bonds were issued will not be required and <br />the Clerk will notify the County Auditor of same. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORn, B~ IT R~SOLVED that the Clerk certify to <br />the County Auditor of Anoka County the amount of <br />$50,960.68 for the tax levy payable in 19/~ <br /> <br /> <br />~~-Z/L~~~.,_~J <br />MAYOR <br /> <br /> <br />This rlesolution duly approved and passed by the <br />City Council of the City of Centerville on Wednesday, <br />September 26, 1979. <br />
