<br />The City Council met on Wednesday, September 26, 1979 <br />at 7:00 pm in the City Hall with Russ Almendinger, his <br />brother and a partner to discuss a 10 acre parcel of <br />land off of Heritage Street that the City is interested <br />in purchasing for park use. <br /> <br />After discussion concerning parcel, clerk was to ask <br />Joe LaCasse for an appraisal on the parcel and Walt <br />Williams to look at parcel to see what work had to <br />be done on it such as leveling and grading.
