<br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council <br />of the City of Centerville met on Monday, September 10, <br />1979 at the Centerville Elementary School for the purpose <br />of holding a public hearing on the proposed assessment <br />for Street Improvement #1. Present were: Burque, L'Allier, <br />Laska, Savela, Prachar, Williams and Hawkins. <br /> <br />The clerk read the notice of public hearing published in <br />the Circulating Pines. Mayor Prachar introduced the City <br />Council. Engineer Williams gave a brief resume of the <br />project up until this date. <br /> <br />Questions were heard from the floor: <br /> <br />Mrs. Val Carpenter - 7235 Mill Road <br />Timothy Quinn - Attorney, representing St. Genevieve's <br />Church <br />Bob Knabe - 7241 Main Street <br />Robert LaMotte - 1688 Heritage Street <br />Mel Reichuber - White Bear Lake <br />Mary Jane Miklas - St. Paul <br />Jerry Peterson - 7080 Brian Drive <br />Mrs. Louis LeRoux - 1337 Mound Trail <br />Mrs. Harold Leibel - 1475 Mound Trail <br />Mrs. Royce Arvidson - 1295 Mound Trail <br /> <br />Leon L'Allier made a motion to change the frontage on PLAT 28019 <br />PARCEL 1730 from 50' to 31', Floyd Laska seconded it, motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />Corrections on assessments for the following parcels <br />are to be checked: <br /> <br />PLAT 27851 - PARCEL 1600 <br />PLAT 27851 - PARCEL 2)00 <br />PLAT 27851 - PARCEL 2)20 <br />PLAT 27853 - PARCEL 2545 <br /> <br />Gary Savela made a motion to continue the hearing until <br />Wednesday, September 12, 1979 at 7:)0 pm in the City Hall, <br />Fran Burque seconded it, motion carried. <br /> <br />ResD ctfully submitted, <br /> <br />'- <br /> <br /> <br />-<-. <br />achar, Clerk <br />
