<br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council <br />of the City of Centerville continued the public hearing <br />on the proposed assessment for Street Improvement #1. <br /> <br />Mayor Prachar called the hearing to order at 7:30 pm. <br />Present were: L'Allier, Laska, Savela, Williams and <br />Prachar. Absent: Burque. <br /> <br />Floyd Laska made a motion on recommendation from the Engineer <br />to change the frontage on PLAT 280l9-PARCEL 1600 from 250' <br />to 220', Leon L'Allier seconded it, motion carried. <br /> <br />Gary Savela made a motion on recommendation from the Engineer <br />to increase the frontage on PLAT 2785l-PARCEL 2300 from 540' <br />to 545', Floyd Laska seconded it, motion carried. <br /> <br />Leon L'Allier made a motion on recommendation from the <br />Engineer to change the frontage on PLAT 27851-PARCEL 2]20 <br />from 265' to 252', Gary Savela seconded it, motion carried. <br /> <br />Leon L'Allier made a motion on recommendation from the <br />Engineer to change the frontage on PLAT 27853-PARC~L 2545 <br />from 350' to 342', Floyd Laska seconded it, motion carried. <br /> <br />Gary Savela made a motion to remove the St. Genevieve's <br />cemetery assessment of 582' from the assessment roll, Leon <br />L'Allier seconded it, motion carried. <br /> <br />Clerk read the Resolution Adopting the Assessment Roll. <br />Floyd Laska made a motion to adopt Resolution, Gary Savela <br />seconded it, motion carried. Copy of Resolution is attached <br />to and made a part of these minutes. <br /> <br />GaFY Savela made a motion to adjourn hearing, Leon L'Allier <br />seconded it, motion carried.
