<br />ORDINANCE #10 <br /> <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE ADOPTED MAY 9,1972 AND ENTITLED "AN <br />ORDINANCE FOR A ZONING PLAN AND BUILDING REGULATION" <br /> <br />IS AMENDED TO READ: <br /> <br />SECTION I V. ANIMALS <br /> <br />SECTION 3. No person owning, in possession of, or in <br />charge of any horse, mule or donkey shall ride or lead <br />said animal or knowingly permit another to ride or lead <br />said animal on any boulevard, public street, highway, <br />public park, beach or schoolyard except in such areas <br />duly designated as a trail way or hitching area within <br />the City of Centerville. <br /> <br />SECTION 4. PENALTIES. Any person who violates or <br />fails to comply with any provision of this ordinance <br />shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction <br />thereof, shall be punished by a fine defined by Minnesota <br />States or by imprisonment not to exceed ninety days. <br /> <br />SECTION 5. This amendment to Ordinance #10 shall be <br />in full force and effect from and after its passage <br />and publication as provided by law. <br /> <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Centerville <br />this 25th day of July, 1979. <br /> <br /> <br />
