<br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council of <br />the City of Centerville held their regular meeting on Wednes- <br />day, February 27, 1980 in the City Hall. Mayor ~rachar called <br />the meeting to order at 7:00 pm. Present were: Burque, <br />L'Allier and Laska. Absent: Savela. <br /> <br />Fran Burque made a motion to accept the minutes of the <br />February 13th meeting, Leon L'Allier seconded it, motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />Clerk brought the council up to date on the situation at <br />7124 Progress Road. She is to request an inspection of the <br />inside of the building from the State ~ire Marshal; will <br />report at next meeting. <br /> <br />Mr. Harry Rosefelt from the Minnesota Project appeared before <br />council giving background of the Project. He explained the <br />funding available through the Farmers Horne Administration <br />for the fire department project and also funding that will <br />be available through the Minnesota Planning Agency grant <br />program for our park acquisition. <br /> <br />Presentation was made on the Overall Plan for Effective <br />Firefighting Services by the Improvements Planning Committee <br />of the Pire Department. Consensus of Council is to present <br />Summary of plan to City Administrator in Lino Lakes for his <br />consideration beffore presenting it to the Lino Lakes City <br />Council. <br /> <br />Discussion was held on the proposed fire hall addition. <br />Several items were in question and the matter was tabled <br />until the next meeting. <br /> <br />Floyd Laska made a motion to adjourn, Leon L'Allier seconded <br />it, motion carried.
