<br />RESOLUTION ACC~PTING BID <br /> <br />WHER~AS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the <br />improvement on County Road #21 from Main Street to a point <br />340 feet north of Main Street, bids were received, opened <br />and tabulated according to law, and the following bids <br />were received complying with the advertisement: <br /> <br />1. Hennen Construction Company - $39,722.00 <br />2. Mark Starr Excavating - 38,540.30 <br />3. Johnson ~ngineering - 31,245.00 <br />4. New-Mech Company - 29,788.93 <br />5. Ro-So Contracting - 29,199.60 <br /> <br />AND WHER~AS, it appears that Henry DaBruzzi of Ro-So <br />Contracting is the lowest responsible bidder, <br /> <br />NOW, TH~R~FOR~, B~ IT R~SOLV~D BY TH~ CITY COUNCIL OF TH~ <br />CITY OF CENT~RVILLn, MINN~SOTA: <br /> <br />1. The mayor and clerk are hereby authorized and directed <br />to enter into the attached contract with Henry DaBruzzi <br />of Ro-So Contracting in the name of the city of Centerville <br />for the improvement of County Road #21 from Main Street <br />to a point 340 feet north of 1V1ain Street according to the <br />plans and specifications therefor approved by the city <br />council and on file in the office of the city clerk. <br /> <br />2.
